~ Tim will present an overview of safety issues with an emphasis on avoiding heartbreak and scams, then we'll enjoy a discussion of the topics.

What makes practicing SM different from abuse? If you go to a party, will you meet a Registered Sex Offender? How do reference checking, safe calls, and safe words help you? How can you find a play partner without falling into an abusive relationship?

We'll talk about sociopaths, personality disorders, boundary issues, and take a four question personality test.
